I had such a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Barrie and felt compelled to leave a review. Ray is truly an amazing manager and sets the tone for the entire location. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable with the services being done — no pressure or upselling, just honest advice.

The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well-organized, which really shows how well the place is managed. The staff were friendly, respectful, and worked quickly while still being thorough. It’s clear that Ray leads by example and genuinely cares about both his customers and his team.

These guys work well and quick! They got me in within 15 minutes, while other places told me a month of waiting! They changed my tires in 10 minutes and worked efficiently and retorque’d all lugnuts. They performed my oil change at the same time and educated me on all my fluids and filters without pressuring me. Really love the team here, will definitely be back!

I’ve been using this jiffy lube for years. They are consistent when it comes to their workmanship. I had the pleasure of Jacob looking after my oil change today and he did an exceptional job. He’s good as what he does and is a true professional. Highly recommend
