Today I went to Jiffy on Thomas St. for an oil change and what a difference from previous experiences at other drive thru oil change places. The service was quick and efficient. I told them I needed an oil change and not a single person tried to up sell anything to me. Nick was welcoming letting me know my wait time and Ray was super helpful and letting me pay first due to card issues that day. Both gentlemen did exactly what I needed and asked without any ifs, ands or buts. They saw my mileage and knew that all I needed was an oil change and didn’t try to say I needed a million things done just to make a sale. Excellent service and welcoming experience ! Andrew was great, he took my call and gave some very helpful recommendations. My oil for diesel was a newer specific one they didn’t have in stock but fortunately was able to source it quickly, they then changed it for a nominal fee on a Friday evening just before 8pm close. Great, quick and reliable service. 10/10 to Andrew and team
